Naughty Dog is owned by Microsoft, but previously it was owned by Sony. Ninja theory was created in March 2000 and founded "Just Add Monsters". The headquarters is in Cambridge, the game was also created and developed in Cambridge, Britain. Founded by Tameem Antoniades. At the time they only had £3000 at the time to make the game, but they didn't have money, equipment or technology. Finally agreeing to be acquired by Argonaut Games.B. Operating Model

Ninja Theories has many products, but here are a few examples, Disney Infinity and HellBlade Senua's Sacrifice and Heavenly Sword, selling thousands of copies. However, the age appropriate for HellBlade would be 18+ (for older ages), the age appropriate for Disney Infinity is aimed at younger children, as the rating is 7+. There is also games such as, Enslaved Odyssey to the west, DMC Devil May Cry and Dexed.D. Market Position
Ninja Theory's overall revenue is a total of 75 million. Owned by a British company and studio, so that they could create there own titles. There successes were Hellblade, and it was so successful, as it was only created by twenty people. With this amazing achievement, they won an award for UK's Video Game of the Year. (8th August 2017) Ninja Theory is very close in rankings and revenue to Gree, Kabaam and Jagex.

These games are all quite well known and sit at a very similar level, however they aren't anywhere close to companies such as, EA, Electronic Arts and Rockstar. But Hellblade was so successful so they could easily compete with these big companies.
